We deliver practical events and training that keep businesses up to date with employment law changes and confident in managing their people, from legal updates to our Managing with Confidence programme for new and developing managers, alongside bespoke management and sexual harassment training tailored to your organisation.
Managing with Confidence is a six month programme designed for new and developing managers who want to feel more assured in their role. Delivered as six half day sessions, one each month, it focuses on the real situations managers face, from recruitment and onboarding to communication, absence, performance and formal processes. The sessions are practical and discussion led, giving managers the knowledge, structure and confidence to deal with people matters properly and consistently in the workplace.

On the 18th of December 2025, the Employment Rights Act 2025 (ERA 2025) received royal assent and became law. Some changes will apply immediately, but most of the significant changes will become law during 2026, whilst some implementation dates remain uncertain. This update provides the employment law summary changes but does not include detailed benefit changes.
