Helping workplaces prevent sexual harassment
We deliver practical, legally up-to-date sexual harassment training for employees and line managers, tailored to your organisation, workforce and sector. Our training supports employers to meet their legal duty to take all reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment, while creating a respectful, safe and inclusive workplace culture.
The law changed in October 2024, placing an explicit duty on employers to proactively prevent sexual harassment at work. Training is now a key part of demonstrating that you have taken reasonable steps. Where a tribunal finds that sexual harassment has occurred and the employer has not met its duty, compensation can be increased by up to 25%.
This session is designed to build awareness, confidence, and shared responsibility across your workforce, ensuring everyone knows the part they play.
Employees leave with an understanding of unacceptable behaviour, their role in preventing it, and confidence in how to speak up or support others.
This session is tailored for managers, supervisors and leaders with people responsibility and focuses on prevention, early intervention and legal risk management.
Managers gain the confidence and practical tools to act promptly, fairly and lawfully, reducing risk to both individuals and the organisation.
Our training is practical, interactive and built around real workplace scenarios rather than theory. It is designed to support behaviour change, build confidence and strengthen accountability, not just tick a box. Sessions are tailored to your business, your workforce and your level of risk, and are delivered by experienced HR professionals with strong employment law knowledge. We can also align the content to your existing policies and procedures.
Training can be adapted to reflect the realities of your workplace, including remote or hybrid working, customer-facing or frontline roles, and situations involving power imbalance or safeguarding considerations.
