Martin is passionate about people and business. Following a 15-year HR career working across private and public sector organisations within the UK, Martin identified a gap in the market to provide a HR service with a difference.  

Getting people management right is so important to the success of your business, now more so than ever before.

I wanted to create a HR service which really delivers added value to each and every one of our clients through our unique approach and delivery. We’re not here just to tick boxes, we care and we’re here to support your business journey by protecting your business but doing so by treating your people right. That’s the shrewd difference. 

People ask me, what is it that makes a great place to work?  My response is it’s pretty simple really (on paper!) – it is about recruiting a combination of skills, experience, and individual uniqueness to align with your business goals, values and matching them to fit the right job roles. Then it’s about looking after your people; rewarding them for the job they do and providing them with the tools, equipment, support, and environment to thrive. All whilst protecting your business by having fit for purpose, transparent HR processes, systems, policies, and procedures to deal with any problematic employees swiftly.
